This is a familiarization shoot offered for free to ladies in the central valley and tricities of SE Washington. Ever wonder what kind of gun you could shoot comfortably, what gun would be best for self-defense or home defense, what gun is fun to shoot or is good to shoot competitively? Maybe you have never shot a gun before and you want to try it out in a safe structured environment, but you don’t want to invest in a training class yet. If you said yes to any of the above, or you just want to shoot a bunch of different guns for free, then this day is for you, your mom, your daughter, your sister, your girl friends, bring them all. Horse Heaven Sportsman’s Society hosts an annual Ladies Day Shooting event each summer to allow the ladies of SE Washington to shoot, for free, a variety of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. It is an opportunity for those who have never shot a gun before to give it a try in a safe and structured environment, and it allows those considering the purchase of a gun to talk to trainers and get tips on what to look for. It is literally a free try before you buy event. No guns will be sold at this event. You just get to shoot a lot of different guns, see how they feel in your hands, and decide for yourself which guns are comfortable for you to shoot and control better. Or, you can come to just flat-out-fun have a fun day shooting. Registration is required for this event. Registration is online only
